Madison, WI – The Polar Plunge 2016/2017

We are the Presenting Partner for the Polar Plunge in Madison.  We are very proud and excited to be a part of this amazing event.  The Polar Plunge is part of the Wisconsin Special Olympics.  The Polar Plunge benefits more than 10,000 Special Olympics Wisconsin  athletes across the state.

Ninety Six cents of every dollar raised goes back into programs and fundraising efforts.  The donations support the 18 different Olympic-type sports offered year round.  The money raised also offers free health care screenings to ensure optimal health performance to the athletes.  According to the Polar Plunge Website, “The outcome?  The opportunity for over 10,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities to experience joy, pride, and respect.  Pretty amazing, huh?”  Yes, we think that’s pretty amazing.

The Polar Plunge is for everyone!  We chose to become the presenting partner for a few reasons.  It fits, first of all.  It’s polar, it’s cold, and we’re a heating contractor.  That was a pretty easy leap for us to make.  What also made it easy was because this is a Madison event, most of the money raised goes right back in to OUR community.  We all win.
