Gas Furnace

The most common forced air heating system in this region. This system ties in nicely with split air conditioning or geothermal. Available in many sizes, gas furnaces are suitable for most residential applications. Harker Heating & Cooling offers three different brands: Carrier, Trane, and York. Variable Speed Blower

A Variable Speed Blower allows the system to run longer at lower speeds.

Two Stage Heat

A Two Stage Heater allows the system to produce a lower temperature air for most of the time while still allowing it to heat your home during extremely cold days.

Closed Combustion Chamber / Dual Heat Exchanger

A must have for a 90%+ furnace. These features create more surface area for the air to pass along the hot surfaces.

Radiant Floor Heat

This system uses warm water pumped through pipes just below your floor to create an even temperature. Very popular in rooms with wood or tile floor, radiant floor heat surrounds you with warmth like the sun instead of just blowing hot air to preset locations across the house.
